i love the aesthetics of the movie. the fact that it's on film definitely helps. i also love kat and her hobbies. in the 90s, the internet wasn't so big, so people had to find ways to amuse themselves. i love her style! she's so unique, and she does really cool things like going clubbing.
however, if you were to ask me why i liked it six years ago, i could never tell you. it's maybe because i wanted to escape. I WANT TO BE INSIDE THE MOVIE! it was very nice just forgetting about my life for an hour and a half. their lives seemed so cool. i was very, very sad then.
heath ledger also helped because he was so handsome! i had the biggest crush on him.
